Who can attend the Summit?EYYS 2024 is a gathering for leaders from all walks of life. We consistently have attendees that operate in C-suite positions, those who are doctors, prime ministers, and premieres, as well as those who are stay-at-home parents, and teachers. EYYS is open to anyone who is 16+ years old.

What is the cost of this year's Summit?The cost for EYYS 2024 is $199 for general seating and $299 for preferred seating. Register now!

Can children attend this event with attendees?While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at EYYS 2024. Please make alternate arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at End Your Year Strong Empowerment Summit 2024.

Will there be any vendor booth opportunities available at this year's Summit?Yes. More info is soon to come.

Is photography or videography allowed at the Summit?Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings are not allowed during any session, as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience EYYS 2024. However there will be ample opportunity for you to go live, record videos, and take photos to post on your social media between the breaks. We do not allow any form of video or audio recording. Going live on social media is also prohibited.

Are meals provided during the Summit?Meals will not be provided for the general public at EYYS 2024, however, there is a wide range of food options available at or within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel for all attendees.

What is a Servant Leader?We use the term “Servant Leader” instead of the word “volunteer.” The term is inspired from Matthew 20:26, which speaks of being a servant. We believe God doesn't raise leaders, but He raises servants who become leaders. Servant leaders at EYYS are individuals who have experienced the glory of God and now want to help us facilitate an event to allow others to enter in. This is the heart and attitude we want our Servant Leaders to assume – one of service in preparing the way for others to have a powerful experience with Jesus. Servant Leader is a term that encompasses all who serve at CTM events. All volunteers are considered Servant Leaders. More info on how to come a Servant Leader is coming soon.

What does the registration cost cover?Both general and preferred seating registration types include the cost of participating in all Main Sessions of EYYS 2024. You can register by clicking here.

How do I pay for my registration?You may purchase a ticket online and pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that you will be redirected to a Cvent event page to purchase your tickets. Click here to begin your registration process.

When will I receive my ticket?You will receive an order confirmation email from Cvent immediately, which includes your EYYS 2024 ticket. Please note that you must present your ticket (whether printed or via smart phone or tablet) for entry to EYYS 2024.

Can tickets be cancelled or transferred?Tickets purchased for EYYS 2024 are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another Cindy Trimm Ministries (CTM) event.

Can I transfer my registration to a different Cindy Trimm Ministries (CTM) event?Tickets purchased for EYYS 2022 are only valid for EYYS 2022. They are unable to be used for future CTM events.

Can additional tickets be added to an existing order?No. All additional tickets will need to be registered in a separate order at the current ticket price.

Are scholarship opportunities available?Unfortunately scholarships are not available at this time.

Is there a group rate?There are no group rates for EYYS 2024 as we strive to offer the lowest possible price for all attendees.

Are partial tickets available at a discounted rate if I cannot attend all main sessions?No. All tickets are general admission and cover admission to all main sessions of EYYS 2024. Tickets for individual sessions are not available.

Are there any payment plan options?We do not offer a payment plan for EYYS 2024 tickets.

Will there be a replay of the Summit?Yes. Directly after the Summit concludes, on demand will be available to purchase. Revisit EndYourYearStrong.com to purchase on December 7th.

Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event online?No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in a virtual event. You only need to have access to the internet.

Is my virtual registration refundable?All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable to any CTM event. This includes donations and other products or services. Unfortunately in-person registrations cannot be exchanged for a virtual registration.

I’m already registered to attend the conference in-person. Can I transfer my ticket to virtual registration?No. At this time there are no plans to offer transfers from in-person to virtual registration. To attend the Summit virtually, you must purchase a virtual ticket. Information regarding livestream/web stream opportunity will be available on our website in the weeks leading up to the Summit.

Do Servant Leaders need to purchase a ticket?Yes, however Servant Leader registration details will be provided upon acceptance of application.

What is the schedule for serving at this year's Summit?Your schedule for EYYS 2024 will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve through the entire Summit.

When will I need to arrive if I am a Servant Leader?You will need to arrive in time for a mandatory Servant Leader meeting, which will take place Thursday. Details will be communicated by your Servant Leader Coordinator.

When will I be released after the Summit ends?Servant Leaders will serve through load-out following the last session on Day 2. Your Team Leads will release you once your load-out responsibilities are completed.

What if I am accepted as a Servant Leader, but then unable to serve?We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact Mrs. Angie Woods (awoods@cindytrimmministries.org) as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.

How much of the Summit will I be able to attend?Serving at EYYS 2024 does not allow for total personal participation in the sessions. Please come willing to serve and be fully aware that there may not be time to attend the Summit.

What is load-in?On the day before EYYS 2022, we will be preparing the venue for our attendees and it will take the entire day fully set up for EYYS. So please try to arrive Wednesday evening or prepare travels for early Thursday morning.

What is load-out?When the Summit ends, our teams begin breaking down the different areas that were in use. We ask that all Servant Leaders be available until released after the last session to assist with load-out.
